Featured Job – Digital Asset Management Analyst, Hershey’s – 16th May 2025


This week’s featured opening is for a Digital Asset Management Analyst with American multinational confectionery company, Hershey’s.  Based in Pennsylvania, the analyst’s key responsibilities will be to catalogue, manage and audit digital content and metadata using the organisation’s DAM system (Adobe AEM, also called the ‘Hershey Asset Studio’). The successful candidate will ensure content accuracy, support system operations, integrations and upgrades, conduct User Acceptance Testing, and enhance user experience through reporting and collaboration.  The role requires a working knowledge of DAM platforms and associated tasks such as tagging, taxonomy and metadata standards, and analytics tools such as Adobe Analytics, plus strong communication and problem-solving skills. A degree or equivalent experience in digital marketing or a related field is preferred, with 1–3 years’ experience in digital asset management, ideally in consumer packaged goods.

By collaborating with various stakeholders, including Information Systems (IS), Design teams, external agency partners, as well as the broader content and syndication teams, this role will ensure that Hershey’s content creation and management capabilities continue to advance in alignment with the dynamic needs of omnichannel and customer requirements.”  [Read More]
