Featured Job – Taxonomy and Information Architecture Specialist, Harvard University – 26th November 2021
This week’s highlighted opportunity is for a Taxonomy and Information Architecture Specialist with Ivy League research university Harvard, America’s oldest higher education institution. Based out of Boston, Massachusetts, and working under the Information Management Team, the successful candidate will be responsible for developing and maintaining the organisation’s Knowledge and Library Services (KLS) taxonomies and vocabularies, whilst contributing to the ongoing development of the local ontology. Additional duties will include analysis and reporting for consulting customers, and providing training and support in tagging and metadata best practice. Experience with tools and languages including PoolParty, Dublin Core, Python and advanced Excel skills is preferable.
