Eight Questions BAPLA Must Address


Following a successful lobbying campaign by many professional photographic organisations against Clause 43 last week, the EPUK (Editorial Photographers UK) asks why BAPLA (British Association of Picture Libraries and Agencies) were so reluctant to support the removal of the orphan works policy and extended collective licensing from the Digital Economy Bill.
