Description

The Digital Asset Coordinator is responsible for assisting the Digital Asset Manager in handling all digital assets created by the Urban Outfitters photo teams.  The primary objective of this role is to support the Women’s, Men’s, and Home brand creative teams by organizing and prioritizing assets for activation across a variety of channels.  They will work cross functionally to execute requests seamlessly across all platforms.  The Digital Assets Coordinator is someone who has strong organizational skills and is an excellent communicator.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Prioritization and organization of digital images to ensure all available products are uploaded for activation
  • Tracking of all digital image assets across workflows
  • Enforce workflows and quality control for a variety of image uses across digital channels as determined by Digital Asset Manager
  • Work collaboratively with the studio and cross-functional partners regarding image needs, SKU (product) identification, and timelines
  • Respond promptly to image related creative requests
  • Support approved weekly merchant and creative requests regarding direct imagery
  • Participate in continual improvement efforts surrounding asset processes and workflows
  • Work with Digital Technicians to ensure alignment between creative and post teams
  • Assist the Digital Asset Manager in development of new file management systems and best practices
QUALIFICATIONS

  • Highly organized with attention to detail
  • Background in digital photography, degree in Photography or Graphic Arts preferred
  • 1-3 years content management or related experience
  • Familiarity with photo studio and post-production workflows and processes
  • Adept and eager to learn new processes and programs
  • Ability to assess, prioritize, and troubleshoot, working under tight deadlines
  • Proactive, motivated, and collaborative with the ability to take initiative and follow direction
  • Professional communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Proficient in Mac OS, Adobe Creative Suite, and Microsoft Office
  • Using knowledge of Capture Pro
  • Familiarity with Photo Studio lighting
  • Knowledge of printing and color spaces
  • Experience with PIM, DAM, and studio workflow tools such as ShotFlow a plus
