Our Opportunity:
What You’ll Do:
- Serve as the strategic Product Manager for iterative development, maintenance, and enhancement of the AEM Assets platform within Studios, Creative Services, Marketing, and as an enterprise-level DAM
- Partner with cross-functional stakeholder teams to identify, prioritize, develop, and test system and automation enhancements that align with business and operational objectives.
- Work directly with IT Engineering and MarTech team members to create and maintain a prioritized roadmap of DAM enhancements that integrate with both upstream and downstream custom asset delivery pipelines.
- Serve as a key point of contact for the relevant vendor, systems support, and consultant relationships for AEM Assets and its integrations to ensure prompt resolution of issues
- Troubleshoot technical issues and bugs through engaging forums, technical support, IT Engineering, and/or consultants
- Provision, configure, audit, and revoke user accounts as required for full-time, contractor, and agency users
- Architect, design, and continuously improve workflows and automation within the system that streamline and simplify ingestion, metadata schema, file organization, tagging, renditioning, access rights, and overall asset search efficiency
- Own day-to-day project management for AEM Assets development project schedules, providing thought leadership and impactful recommendations on DAM use case strategies.
- Analyze and report regularly on metrics that pertain to goals and benchmarks for access, usage, and asset lifecycle
- Create, maintain, and publish technical process, configuration, and training documentation for both application users and departmental leadership
- Proactively manage communications about updates, enhancements, and user support needs.
- Co-develop workflows that ensure accurate, efficient, and timely asset ingestion, metadata tagging, organization, distribution, and the expiration of assets within the DAM.
What You’ll Need:
- Bachelor’s degree in Digital Asset Management, Creative, Marketing, or related field
- 7+ years of experience as a DAM System Admin, Content Librarian, or similar in an E-Commerce/retail production environment.
- Formal Adobe Training on AEM Assets is preferred
- Direct experience with AEM Assets, including its implementation, and technical administration in a matrixed organization.
- Strong understanding of AEM front-end and back-end development, components, templates, workflows, and role management
- Firm understanding of photography, video, design, creative, and production processes, file types, and use cases common in agencies and digital media organizations
- Understanding of color models, ICC profiles, video codecs, and configuration of AEM Assets to process assets for a variety of downstream traditional and digital media
- Experience managing integrations between AEM Assets and other compatible platforms like Workfront, Jira, and/or Merchandising PIM systems. Experience working with Adobe Fusion is a huge plus!
- Strong experience in file governance, standards, and development of associated digital asset management process
- Proficient with Microsoft Office 365 and other adjacent project management software such as Jira, Airtable, Smartsheet, and/or Lucidchart
- Proven ability to self-manage multiple projects as part of a team serving stakeholders across many geographical locations
- Ability to thrive in an ever-developing, fast-paced environment with shifting priorities and changes in scope
- Exceptional attention to detail, organization, time management, and negotiation skills
- Ability to tactfully influence cross-functional teams to drive projects and tasks to completion
- Capacity to project a calm, confident, and professional demeanor, even while working under pressure

- Position may require less than 10% travel to multiple Studio and office sites as necessary
