As the Sr. Product Manager for the Digital Asset Management (DAM) platform team you will work closely with our Marketing and Digital teams to collect business requirements, define solutions and facilitate communication, and truly change they way these teams build engaging customer experiences.

As the Sr. Product Manager for the Digital Asset Management (DAM) platform team you will work closely with our Marketing and Digital teams to collect business requirements, define solutions and facilitate communication, and truly change they way these teams build engaging customer experiences.
What You'll Do:
- Lead a dedicated agile team composed of developers, a product analyst, and quality assurance analysts who are passionate about enabling our users to do more with the DAM.
- Be responsible for the platform roadmap, feature backlogs, and product documentation such user-stories, use cases, flows, and functional specifications.
- Lead workshops, use case gathering and problem space elaboration to enable converged solutions for business partners to realize business goals and strategies.
- Conduct regular feedback sessions to ensure we are prioritizing the features that deliver the most value to the business and help refine working processes to increase efficiency.
- Partner with vendors to influence their product roadmaps, and advocate for change to support our complex needs.
- Strong experience with implementing large scale enterprise DAM, or ECM platforms like Adobe Experience Manager (AEM)
- Experience in working within Marketing or Technology and knowledge of digital creative processes, and tools like Adobe Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator.
- Strong interpersonal skills and thrive in dynamic environments.
