JOB SUMMARY:
The Senior Digital Publishing Strategist is responsible for content publishing and development on HCA websites and digital asset management. She/He also focuses on project coordination for large scale content projects. This role reports to the Digital Content Marketing Manager

RESPONSIBILITIES:
Web Content Publishing
- Coordinates large scare content publishing projects with key stakeholders and leadership team
- Assists in training and continuous education efforts for publishing team members
- Supports documentation efforts and content governance education to all partners and stakeholders
- Supports timely and accurate website content publishing in a centralized content management system.
- Collaborates with development managers to create and migrate content for project launches.
- Owns the web content publishing process for large scale projects: determine the best content publishing solution based on established publishing guidelines and best practices, and details provided by our internal customers.
- Follows web content and publishing best practices, style guide standards, brand standards, and legal requirements in the content publishing process to assure quality and accuracy.
- Ensures publishing activities follow digital accessibility best practices and WCAG 2.0 guidelines.
- Supports asset migration to digital asset management system
- Coordinates data management clean-up and gap fill processes associated with complex content
- Manages digital asset lifecycle maintenance activities, such as digital archiving and asset expiration
- Oversees maintenance of DAM taxonomy, metadata schema, metadata templates, and other standardization solutions.
- Performs user acceptance testing for enhancements to digital assets management systems, and general maintenance.
- Work as part of a team and work independently.

- Estimate work effort of client requests
- Ensures service levels are met for large scale content publishing projects and act as a liaison between content publishing team and stakeholders
- Records events and problems and their resolution and develops measures to improve processes and fill documentation gaps
- Provides clients/stakeholder updates on project status.
- Communicates daily with internal and external teams, clients, and vendors regarding project tasks.
- Provides outstanding client and stakeholder customer service

EDUCATION:
Bachelor's degree required.
