The Senior Digital Information Architect is responsible for collaborating with other key marketing functions on a variety of global content projects to create insightful and innovative design choices that are aligned with strategic objectives within digital marketing. Understands and adheres to corporate brand guidelines, including design and voice elements, while adhering to project schedules to regularly deliver high quality work on time.

Responsibilities

  • Leads the information architecture of market-ready product/vertical/social/thought-leadership in our digital ecosystem in collaboration with marketing stakeholders and subject-matter experts to improve the usability, design, content and conversion of our digital properties such as Zebra.com
  • Leverages emerging trends and best practices to deliver a leading-edge and demand-creation experiences across Zebra’s digital footprint
  • Leads discovery workshops with key stakeholder to create sites maps and artifacts
  • Creates low-fidelity prototypes/ wireframes and work with marketing and agency teams
  • Executes the strategy behind and continuous improvement of Zebra’s digital properties including Zebra.com, Media Library, Digital Asset Manager, etc in alignment with core business strategies.
  • Collaborates with marketing teammates to maintain a consistent brand voice
  • Business stakeholder for web and digital asset content (as well as the centralized Digital Asset Management system)
Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications

  • Experience 5+ years collaborating with web teams to deliver successful websites and digital platforms
  • Successful experience managing diverse requests from global stakeholders
Preferred Qualifications

  • Ability to work well with variety of different people at all levels of the company
  • Ability to create site maps, content hierarcies, wireframes and documentation and other UX artifacts
  • Traditional information architect, UX and/or content strategy work experience preferred
  • Familiar with digital platforms such as Adobe Experience Manager (AEM), Digital Asset Managers, JIRA and other CMS tools
  • Familiar with interactive applications such as Miro, Sketch, etc
  • Technical knowledge of web applications (e.g., front end, back end, data management, API integration) and agile methodology.
  • Strong digital marketing skills & creative vision
  • Success at working across traditional marketing orgs, yet bringing emerging ideas and tactics to the table
  • Strong communication, leadership and presentation skills
  • Team player that is reliable, flexible, helpful and works well in a collaborative environment
