As a Senior Lifecycle Analyst, you will support the team in increasing customer acquisition and retention, generate engagement through multi-channel marketing campaigns, and foster recognition of loyalty benefits. On the Content Lifecyle team reporting to Adam Reid, you will work on projects including content intake and workflows and Marketing & Loyalty Digital Asset Support.

What your day-to-day will be like:
- Advise and direct guidance to the Marketing and Loyalty teams on best practices for managing the metadata lifecycle concerning Hilton’s new partnership and trading brands.
- Evaluate and refine the workflows and procedures associated with the metadata lifecycle, focusing on MAM/DAM tagging improvements and functionalities from both hospitality and marketing viewpoints.
- Consult with marketing and loyalty teams on content best practices and standards, focusing on marketing-related campaigns and optimizing asset uploads and sourcing in MAM and DAM systems.
- Collaborate with the Content Orchestration Innovation and Platforms teams on the creation, QA, and maintenance of internal and external-facing documentation.
- Collaborate with Marketing and Loyalty teams on workflow evaluation and refinement.
- Consult with Marketing and Loyalty teams on content standards, such as quality, consistency, as well as asset optimization strategies for different channels and audiences.
- Support Lifecycle managers in content and asset-related projects, including project planning, training, documentation, and execution.
You have these minimum qualifications:
- Experience in Digital Asset Management and/or Content Lifecycle Management.
- Experienced in reviewing, grading and editing digital assets.
- Experience with key graphic file documents, their roles and particularities.
- Experience with metadata and taxonomy standards to enhance search capabilities.
- Experience with Photoshop or equivalent image editing software.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- High level of initiative, critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
- Worked with leading web or enterprise content platforms (CMS, DAM. MAM or workflow management tools.
- MS applications (O365, Word, Excel and Powerpoint)
