Project Manager - Omnichannel Content Platform

This is a fixed term contract required for the duration of an Omnichannel Content Platform project. The project will be led by the Group and will migrate or initiate the transfer of our digital assets from a traditional PIM & DAM solution. The Project Manager will be responsible for managing a small project team and ensuring all project milestones are met
- Full ownership of the OCP project from the Brand perspective
- Carry out gap analysis between current PIM/DAM processes and OCP
- Plan the mapping of data set up in OCP and work with the Group to co-ordinate and agree the correct data structure
- Identify the internal and external customers who will consume the data and work with them to prepare the relevant connections to OCP – YNAP e-com platform, Salesforce Clientelling, Anaplan Merchandise Planning, Joor Sale Room tool, SAP MDM, Centric PLM etc.
- Conduct UAT and support the overall OCP project management
- Planning and execution of the OCP project roadmap
- Owner of successful rollout & change management of OCP
- Work closely with internal business partners and approved external customers
- Prepare regular briefings and updates for ExCo members
- 3-4 years’ experience within a Project Manager role
- Previous knowledge or experience of OCP or PIM/DAM solutions
- Strong understanding of the digital landscape
- Ability and desire to master new platforms
- Solid numerical and analytical skills
- Strong system management skills
- Excellent time management and organisational skills
