Product Information Publishing Manager


Job Description

Danfoss is looking for a Product Information Publishing Manager in the Danfoss Cooling Segment, who can drive transformation to digital asset management and database publishing of technical literature. You will be part of diversified marketing communications team located across multiple global locations, where you will be responsible for the most used and sought information by our customers; product data, instructions for use, user and application guides, datasheets and catalogues. You will drive the transformation to database publishing of our literature, improve the customer experience and provide relevant product information documentation to our customers in a fast and reliable manner. You will lead a team of database specialists and desktop publishers based in Europe and India.
The areas of responsibilities include:

  • Technical literature publishing
  • Product information notifications to customers 
  • Translation processes
  • Digital asset management system management
  • Transformation to database publishing 
  • Creation of governance models for use of the asset management systems and the database publishing systems. 
The position is located Denmark, in Nordborg or Kolding, and entails up to 15 travelling days per year.
Background and skills
To be considered for this position, you need solid project management experience, preferably in publication of many different technical literature types as well as in transition management to digital asset management and to database publishing. You also have experience with implementing best practice guidelines for translation of literature for global use. Moreover, you have a good understanding of the digital product data eco system. The ideal candidate has experience with DAM, MDM and database publishing, ideally Techpub Studio.
On a more personal note, you are a strong team player and leader with excellent networking skills, who easily communicates in English – both verbally and in writing. You thrive with change and with working with many different stakeholders in a matrix organization.
