Your role at Sephora:

As a Producer, you will be responsible for the management and organization of digital assets within a DAM system. Reporting to the Sr. Producer, you will develop and streamline processes, support system optimizations and strategy, user onboarding and training, work on taxonomy and tagging, oversee asset usage rights and online video publishing. In addition, you will:

  • Work closely with cross-functional and external partners to ensure consistency of file uploads, metadata, and adherence to procedures
  • Collaborate frequently with stakeholders to develop, document, and fine-tune processes, taxonomy, and tagging strategy
  • Assign appropriate metadata for assets to ensure accurate usage rights and file permissions
  • Develop and execute asset automation strategies leveraging machine learning and AI technology
  • Monitor and analyze reports to maintain quality standards, SLA’s, and identify areas for optimization
  • Act as main point of contact for asset usage requests, user support, and tool issues, working cross-functionally and with vendors to effectively resolve issues and escalate critical issues to Sr. Producer
  • Lead DAM trainings and maintain documentation to support onboarding of new users
  • Keep informed of digital asset management technology and trends
  • Support Sr Producer in roadmap projects that relate to DAM and website publishing
  • Manage and mentor direct reports
  • Perform other duties as identified and assigned

We’re excited about you if you have:

  • 4-6 years relevant experience working in website operations, creative/production
  • Highly organized with extreme attention to detail and excellent written and oral communication
  • Understanding of DAM and CMS platforms, taxonomy, metadata, SEO, ADA, asset rights management, machine learning, and website publishing
  • Experience using Adobe Creative Suite, Adobe Experience Manager or other digital asset management and content management systems
  • Knowledge of basic HTML
  • Meticulous data-driven nature     
  • Strong project management skills
