The Digital Assets Operations Manager will lead the delivery of DAM capabilities to service the Coca-Cola Marketing and PACS organizations globally. This encompasses delivery of process and people optimizations, large-scale vendor leadership, measurement and strategic insights, and collaboration across stakeholder groups. The purpose of this role is to ensure the global DAM team can serve our markets and functional groups with the ideal services and tools to enable them to do their jobs most efficiently and effectively. This is an individual contributor who guides others in resolving complex operational issues by delivering strategic solutions; will also require the ability to independently work with guidance only in the most complex situations.

JOB REQUIRMENTS:

Education: Bachelor’s Degree

Work experience : 7+ years of experience

  • Marketing creative processes across TVCs, print, digital, and point of sale, preferably on the agency side in account or project management
  • Experience with project management, digital marketing, and/or product management
  • Strong analytical skills and ability to synthesize data into meaningful stories via written and oral presentations
  • Managing vendor relationships including contract negotiation
  • Experience with managing portfolio budgets at a large scale
  • Strong track record of positive team collaboration and partnership
  • Fast/Agile:  Removes barriers to move faster.  Experiments and adapts.  Thrives under pressure and fast pace.
  • Expertise with stakeholder management, executive communications, and navigating a matrixed organization
  • Ability to multi-task in a fast-pace environment with fluctuating and conflicting priorities and deadlines

  • Experience in DAM, asset and/or rights management tools/operations a plus
