The Manager IT Digital Content Services is responsible for promoting and implementing next generation solutions with respect to DAM (Adobe), Workfront, Rights Management and content ingestions into the PMI digital properties i.e. pmi.com and other websites.

This is a leadership position, working closely with our business partners, defining the business systems strategies and requirements. This challenging role will lead their team to design, develop, integrate and deploy the solutions, supporting business objectives in a global environment.
This will require the mobilization and coordination of various cross-functional agile teams, from development teams, configuration teams to release teams. You will make sure that all teams involved in technical design, development, testing and release management, are delivering what the internal stakeholders expect until the features are successfully live.

Your role is not only to coordinate and plan, but also to understand in detail what is being asked, what is being built and how, all the dependencies between products, as well as make sure that all teams will deliver all agreed functional and non-functional requirements, on schedule, cost and quality. You will be the go-to person when it comes to functional and technical roadmap of your domain.

Primary goals

  • Lead a team responsible for defining, implementing, and managing the full life cycle, archival, and distribution of all digital assets. This includes workflows for asset ingestion, categorization, metadata, taxonomies, permissions management, version control, delivery, and expiration to internal and external users.
  • Interacts and collaborates with stakeholders on key product considerations, leverage customer insights, feedback, financials, compliance, and risk to define product features and roadmap in partnership with other SMEs.
  • Builds product backlog, prioritize its items, and continuously keep it up to date. Holds meetings with the product team to continuously update product backlog. Ensures product adheres to the highest quality standards, including releasing security patches not linked to customers.
  • Collaborate regularly with business stakeholders, including brand building, marketing, global communication, and other cross-functional teams to establish and support digital assets collection and distribution.
  • Review, standardize and identify gaps in the end-to-end processes, from content production to ingestion on the front-ends.

WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR?

  • Bachelor’s degree or Master’s – ideally in an IT related field
  • Demonstrated ability in building, launching and growing products
  • Minimum of 3 years leading teams in a managerial role
  • Strong action management including the ability to manage projects in the most cost-efficient manner, resourcefulness, initiative, maturity of judgement, and the ability to make sound decisions under pressing conditions.
  • Strong organization skills with an ability to plan, prioritize, and implement long-range strategies in a fast moving, dynamic and time-bound environment
  • Have experience working with Adobe Experience Manager (assets module) as well as be familiar with best practices related to content and digital asset management
  • Have experience on Workfront and Rights Management solutions
  • Comfortable with vendor management, roadmap and working to improve our content and digital asset management practice
  • At least one successful implementation of AEM as a Cloud Service.
  • Experience working with PMs, BA/PO’s, Tech Lead and Architects to plan out an end-to-end solution.
  • Ability to deliver results in global, matrixed environments comprised of internal and external stakeholders
  • Strong skills in communication, writing, and ability to collaborate cross-functionally
  • Team player with proven ability to lead through influence
  • Professional scrum certification (Product owner, Scale, Agile Leadership) a plus
  • Adobe AEM Sites or Assets certifications are beneficial but not required.
