Who are you?

Be part of a world-class team that wants to tackle one of the most important challenges of our generation; low cost and high-volume capture of CO2 (gigatons scale). As a Svante employee, you will apply your talents in ways that make a difference in our world by directly contributing towards technologies to reduce greenhouse gas emissions. Svante has been nominated one of the best clean-energy technology companies for future investment with a credible solution for capturing point-source CO2 emissions and accelerating the global transition to a lower-carbon economy.

To support us in achieving our ambitious corporate objectives, we are seeking an expert in Enterprise Content & Document Management (ECM) who can significantly contribute to enabling our vision of a process-optimized, data-driven enterprise. Given that Svante is early in its growth stage, this is an excellent opportunity for the right person to come in on the ground floor and implement the ideal tools, processes, standards, and technologies for end-to-end management of all types of documentation and content.

The Manager, Enterprise Content & Document Management will work closely with various subject matter experts to identify key challenges and opportunities related to ECM in their respective areas. Stakeholders include experts in Enterprise Quality, Major Projects, Manufacturing, Product Engineering, Field Services, Supply Chain, R&D, and others. Based on stakeholder input, you will define an Enterprise Content Management Roadmap that lays out a multi-year plan for evolving critical ECM services across all Svante lines of business. The services you will be delivering to business stakeholders include our Quality Document Portal, Corporate Intranet, Enterprise File Search, Document Workflow Automation, SharePoint Site and Content Strategy, Digital Asset Management, Web Content Publishing, a document catalog, and various document taxonomies. As the ECM Roadmap stabilizes, you will have the opportunity to bring your vison to life by working closely with Solution Architects and other experts to successfully deliver the services promised.

In addition, you will become our resident expert in newer ECM trends such as AI-driven content recognition, machine learning-assisted tagging and classification, Intelligent Contract Management, and others. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced individual with a can-do attitude to work with enthusiastic stakeholders in a greenfield environment to build world-class services and capabilities for all types of Enterprise Content.
