Manager, Digital Assets

Digital Asset Manager will be responsible for building out and maintaining Revlon’s Digital Asset Management System (Nuxeo DAM).  The role will focus on managing the ingestion of digital assets, user training and overall system health (indexing, cataloguing, metadata tagging, vocabulary management, management of user groups etc).

Responsibilities:

• Manage ingestion and dissemination of all assets; Keywording, tagging, captioning, metadata taxonomy
• Digital rights management including inputting and tracking asset expirations and usage
• Create and manage all user accounts, user groups and permissions
• Manage onboarding of new external and internal users and markets
• Conduct training sessions for users; Maintain user guides and instructional videos
• Assist users in locating assets; troubleshoot user search and technical issues
• Work with cross functional teams to log user experience and improve DAM functionality
• Reporting and metrics related to Asset Library, including quarterly Expirations report documents provided to content teams
• Create and manage JIRA tickets pertaining to Asset Library functionality, improvements and bugs
• Manage ongoing data cleanup projects
• Train and supervise assistant asset managers/librarians
