Assist the Chief Growth Office’s Knowledge Management Team by supporting knowledge management and content curation activities for the firm’s Capture and Proposal Portal (CAPP), Quals Database, and BD Portal databases. Support the content collection activities across multiple Booz Allen subaccounts and assists with appropriate organization of content and data. Serve as content “librarians” to help organize data, as well as review data and content for appropriate filing and help identify content that could be deemed as “best-in-class”. Use SharePoint databases for storage and organization of content and assigning metadata. Review other firmwide repositories and transferring of content and provide weekly metrics status reports on content collection. Help determine KM taxonomies and work within them to facilitate useful search functionality for database users. Create, develop, implement, and maintain repeatable knowledge management best practices and processes for continual process improvement. Due to the nature of work performed within this facility, U.S. citizenship is required.

- 2+ years of experience with working as a knowledge management specialist
- Experience with Microsoft (MS) Word, Excel, Teams, Adobe Acrobat
- Experience with managing files within MS SharePoint
- Ability to meet all deadlines while remaining flexible with continually changing priorities
- Ability to be a self-starter and manage competing priorities
- BA or BS degree
- Experience in working with proposals
- Knowledge of Business Development (BD) lifecycle
- Possession of excellent organizational skills
- Possession of excellent verbal and written communication skills
