Job description

  • Lead project team members through all activities required to successfully deliver MDM/PIM - (InRiver) solutions using best practices
  • Draft design documents and technical specs for the overall business solution
  • Define technical specifications for workflows and business rules
  • Guide definition and implementation of data governance methods, policies, roles, responsibilities, processes, controls, and rules
  • Prepare detailed design documents for data migration, PIM Data Load sheets, Data Load Templates
  • Configure, build and unit test software platform components; including data structures, roles, workflows, and portals, Integrate PIM/DAM
  • Lead solution design, development/configuration, testing, jobs and debugging
  • Train client personnel for solution adoption and transfer of ownership
  • Consult with clients on best practices for data migration, integration, and deployment
  • Owns overall solution delivery across tracks planning, requirements and design, implementation, training and business adoption, change management, etc. by engaging stakeholders, training, and building consensus
  • Train and mentor colleagues in PIM/MDM implementation activities and best practices,
  • Support integration, system, and user acceptance testing
  • Contribute to organization in design & development of frameworks, tools, accelerators that enhances the ability of technology team members and organization.
  • Effort estimating and assist in project planning for the different phases
  • Participate in pre-sales providing solutions, and driving technical discussions with client and internal stakeholders
Desired Candidate Profile

  • Experience in implementing, Integrating & managing Product Information Management systems using InRiver PIM product  
  • Leadership experience in designing and implementing MDM/PIM solutions
  • Experience in creating end-to-end specifications for PIM solutions
  • Knowledgeable in normalized database concepts and proficient in data integration mapping, development, and support.
  • Experience in managing large scale product information along with digital assets in multiple dimensions like language, country, and business segments, etc.
  • Expert technical skills in software development (Java and/or JavaScript), data and database design, SQL, XML, Linux and Web services
  • Strong technical leadership and hands-on development experience is required
  • Good communication skills (written, verbal, presentation and listening) and mentoring skills.
  • Active team player & excellent interpersonal interactions skills in a teamwork environment. Must have ability to drive and demand result from team, resolve technical conflicts.
  • Ability to front end big customers / operators with technical and business acumen desirable.
