HFC - Content Curator

• Works with business leads to gather and enter cleansed product data into the data management systems
• Names, updates, catalogs & archives digital assets into the Digital Asset Management (DAM) system accordance with standards & policies.
• Monitors and regulates product data loaded into the Product Information Management System (PIM) for accuracy and completeness.
• Manages data entry, data updates, and audits of downstream syndication data pools and customer portals (GDSN, 1Worldsync, Syndigo).
• Maintains taxonomy, metadata, & policies that drive use of content within all platforms.
• Ensure Brand Guidelines, IP understanding and Best Practices adherence.

• Demonstrated pattern of initiative.
• Strong problem solving and decision-making skills.
• Well organized and proven attention to detail.
• Data Entry experience.
• Well-developed written and verbal communication skills.
• Well-developed interpersonal and organizational skills.
• Proven ability to make independent decisions, work under minimal supervision, and adhere to deadlines.

• Experience with PIM, DAM, and/or commercial content management/syndication systems.
• Post high school computer classes or data management related experience.
