A BIT ABOUT THE ROLE
We are currently looking for a Head of Studio who will be responsible for delivering all our amazing product selling assets i.e. Ecomm imagery, copy and video, on time and on budget.
You will be accountable for the day-to-day functions of the studio including budgeting, scheduling, resourcing, systems, process and workflow, quality control management, health and safety and all equipment.
ROLE RESPONSIBILITIES

You will be accountable for the day-to-day functions of the studio including budgeting, scheduling, resourcing, systems, process and workflow, quality control management, health and safety and all equipment.
ROLE RESPONSIBILITIES
- Work with key stakeholders delivering quality assets as set out by our Creative Director and effective assets as set out by our Director of Digital Trade.
- Drive productivity across the studio whilst balancing the creative output.
- Plan and react to business needs for assets.
- Work with facilities and IT to ensure day-to-day studio experience is best in class.
- Sets and runs the Studio budget.
- Be accountable for the process from samples-in/outfitting/on set/edit/post/delivery.
- Manage the wider operating costs e.g. EQ.
- Report on productivity, quality and costs.
- Experience in managing and leading a team
- The ability to build strong and effective relationships across our creative teams
- Ability to collaborate at all levels combined with the ability to listen and problem solve
- Experience in resource planning to meet KPIs
- Understanding of shoot processes including associate costs and logistics
- Experience managing large budgets in excel
- Experience with Adobe Creative Suite – Photoshop, Indesign, Digital Publishing Suite
- Experience with Colour profiles, Capture One and Workflow studio systems e.g. DAM and Sample Management
- Good interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to thrive in an environment where things move quickly and you have to collaborate with other teams to execute brilliantly at pace
- Good organisational skills
