Head of Digital Asset & Process Management

The overall purpose of this position will be to manage the processes and technology (the Adobe AEM DAM and Adobe Workfront) which cover content from brief to publication across PMI’s digital asset management and processes. Ensure the team and stakeholders which contribute to the running and support of the digital asset management is co-ordinated, informed and the systems are correctly governed.

You will:

• Manage the PMI content processes and DAM technology on a day-to-day and long-term strategic basis
• Establish how content processes should be run efficiently and effectively and implement them
• Ensure the content processes: production, ingestion, transcreation, publishing, sharing are run effectively
• Co-ordinate the IT, content librarian ad production teams to make sure each is part of the process and functions efficiently and effectively
• Be the key point of central contact to help PMI understand, train and report back on current ways of working and understanding tools and processes
• Give feedback on how the DAM could be better used now and in a future state
• Have oversight of the governance and operation of the PMI digital asset management process and adjust each as required by stakeholders or business owners
• Report on running of the DAM to senior stakeholders
• Anticipate problems with the people, systems and processes and deal with them or escalate to other stakeholders
• Oversee training and adoption rollout, both centrally and globally
• Manage any budget associated with digital asset management and processes
• Inform and educate the rest of the company on best content management practices

• Solid Project Management expertise

• Technical knowledge of digital asset management and Adobe products
• Content production knowledge
• Content process knowledge
• Content management experience
