Global Website & MarTech Manager
Talogy is seeking a motivated individual to assist in the strategy and day-to-day management of our global website presence. This is an exciting role for a tech-savvy marketer with a strong passion for website management.
This position will be responsible for supporting the global web presence of Talogy, particularly in the areas of domain development and maintenance, analytics, vendor management, translations, and the migration and deprecation of Talogy acquisition sites.
Reporting into the Senior Manager, Global Websites, you’ll be responsible for building our website into an effective global domain.

Strategic – You can see the big picture and understand how to translate market needs into effective marketing strategies. You enjoy deconstructing complex scenarios and analytics and breaking them down into simple action plans. This involves communicating with key stakeholders across multiple regions and departments to identify their needs. It also involves interpreting that information to develop comprehensive strategies to meet those needs. You know how to then prioritize and put those plans into action.
Infrastructure Builder – If you excel at developing and implementing global information infrastructures and sitemaps, you’ll love this role. You’ll be motivated – not intimidated – by the multiple moving parts and site architecture that needs to be created. You’ll need to continuously monitor web analytics, visitor behaviour, and any other data that informs future steps and continuously improves the site’s performance on a global scale.
Experienced – Leveraging your knowledge of website management and digital marketing, you will have demonstrable experience in developing strong, global website roadmaps.
Engaged – You enjoy taking on challenges and you like ‘rolling up your sleeves and getting stuff done.’ You are a self-starter and manager your work and deadlines independently and effectively. You also understand the value of working collaboratively with colleagues both within and outside the core team.

Maintained Content Management Systems – You are very comfortable working within a variety of Content Management Systems, and you know how to maximize their use to maintain website operations. You have experience with platforms such as WordPress, Drupal, and Joomla.
Created Globalized Website Content – You’re familiar with the complexity of building an effective global website, from navigation to site architecture to translations (WPML experience is a plus) and everything in between.
• Demand Generation – You have had experience working with Demand Generation Managers to support team initiatives and overall goals.
• Multi-Site Migrations and Deprecations – You know what’s required to effectively migrate relevant content from one web asset to another, with the end purpose of deprecating the original source.
• Translations – You have had experience managing site localization and translation needs.
• Brand Adherence – You know that brand consistency is of the utmost importance when developing and maintaining a website and are comfortable working alongside internal and external designers to ensure a cohesive look and
Used Data to Assess Effectiveness – You have a wide range of experience in measuring and evaluating key analytics to determine how to optimize on-page content and navigation to encourage lead conversion, foster information sharing, and create a seamless user experience for all site visitors. You are intimately familiar with the Google Suite (Analytics, Search Console, and Tag Manager) and other data analytic platforms.
Reported Success – You have extensive experience generating regular reports and proactively communicating progress toward goals within your area for critical stakeholders.
Developed SEO Strategies – You are knowledgeable on best practices and strategies and have executed plans in coordination with internal stakeholders and agencies.
Multi-tasked Successfully – You have overseen multiple websites simultaneously and worked alongside a variety of teams to keep projects moving forward according to widely varying requirements and deadlines. You have used project management systems such as Asana and communication tools such as Microsoft Teams.
Collaborated with Key Teams – You have worked closely with Senior Leaders, Technology, Demand Generation Managers, and Subject Matter Experts to create web assets that meet the needs of all the various teams.
Ensured Website Accessibility – You understand the basics of website Accessibility standards, and you can tap into your own knowledge and that of platforms to formulate strategies and plans to create a seamless user experience.
