JOB MISSION:
The Go-To-Market Associate, Global Brand Marketing is responsible for supporting the Associate Marketing Manager, Content Operations in the planning and execution of marketing deliverables to support the brand’s Go-To-Market process. This includes creating rich content (video and imagery) for global audiences as well as establishing new processes and communication strategies tofacilitateevolution across internal functions. As part of the Global Brand Marketing team, this role will maintain open lines of communication with key stakeholders, both internal and external, working cross-functionally to develop content and workstreamsthat enable best-in-class brand representation from sell-in to sell-through.
MAJOR ACCOUNTABILITES:
Lead the team’s asset management process, including aggregation, tracking, and post-production processes, to facilitate the creation ofcontent across GTM milestones
Build internal communication vehicles utilizing the company’s Digital Asset Management (DAM) tool, Widen, ensuring all uploads are complete with metadata
Serve as the team’s product knowledge expert, ensuring accuracy across style codes, samples, and all deliverables (files, imagery, video)
Support the development of Global Brand Marketing GTM communications, managing files in Excel and PowerPoint, and partnering with cross-functional teams to audit information
Manage purchase orders, invoices, and distribution lists, assisting with additional administrative tasks, as needed
Manage production logistics,partnering across external and internal partners, to coordinate samples and props, confirm scheduling, place orders, and support shot list development
Assist in the execution of additional Brand Marketing initiatives as needed
REQUIREMENTS FOR SUCCESS:
Bachelor’s degree, or equivalent, and minimum of 3 years relevant experience in marketing, brand marketing, marketing operations, or Go-To-Market operations
Strong communication skills, with superior attention to detail
Ability to manage relationships with business partners both internally and externally
Thrives in a fast-paced environment, self-motivated, task-driven, and exceptionally organized
Understanding of key marketing concepts and Go-To-Market strategy
Embodies a growth mindset; willing to learn, accept new challenges, and continuously capitalize on opportunities for improvement
Skilled in Microsoft Office Suite – Teams, Outlook,SharePoint, Excel and PowerPoint
Experience with Widen Digital Asset Management System, or similar a plus
