Veeva PromoMats DAM platform is at the centre of Janssen content management ecosystem, aiming at supporting our Content strategy implementation.

The iMR/DAM Manager, as a business process owner, leads the Veeva PromoMats DAM platform from a business perspective. He plays a critical role in accelerating the implementation of the Customer and Digital Strategy (CDS) content Strategy. He (she) joins a fast-growing and functionally diverse team that delivers the content strategy in support of our digital strategy & business priorities.

The iMR/DAM Manager is responsible for managing Janssen DAM (Veeva PromoMats/iMR) business functionalities, ensuring enhancement and optimisation of key business processes aimed at sustaining and maximising the company's impact during Customers’ interactions.

This position will continuously and strategically assess and improve the DAM platforms and ensure that it continues to provide value.

As a key member of the Content & eEvents programs team, the EMEA iMR/DAM Manager overall mission and responsibilities are to:

  • Develop, own, and deliver the iMR/DAM strategy & roadmap for EMEA, incorporating the wider business/medical priorities for content creation, review, approval, distribution, and insight generation
  • Build in-depth understanding of Veeva PromoMats solution and roadmap, as well as industry best practices to drive DAM innovation within Janssen
  • Represent and advocate for EMEA priorities in the global governance model to influence future strategic directions
  • Ensure the daily maintenance and usability of the DAM including having the core skills for user/group management and configuration of security policies
  • Collaborate with the Content Excellence (CE) Manager and the overall CE program to the management of the creation, maintenance, and execution of metadata and taxonomy structure
  • Monitor existing use cases and propose future use cases
  • Act as an iMR/DAM ambassador to drive adoption, perform change management, communications, and training of end-users in collaboration with Technical Owners to ensure adoption
  • Document bugs and feature improvements and communicate effectively to IT Business Analysts
  • Run standard reports and summarize trends for asset usage, adoption, and delivery
  • Ensure synchronisation with the roadmaps of other Janssen platforms (e.g. ELOQUA, iConnect, JMC, JWM etc.) and their integrations with iMR/DAM
  • Report activities to the iMR/DAM Leadership Team in EMEA
MAIN ACTIVITIES / TASKS:

  • Work in close collaboration with iMR/DAM’s EMEA Technical owners
  • Consider requirements from across the business including sales & marketing, medical, digital, market access, healthcare compliance, corporate communications and other functions that may use iMR/DAM
  • Align with global iMR/DAM team including other regional business owners
  • Prioritise changes considering limited capacity for system changes and high demand from wider stakeholders
  • Take ownership for a selection of complex business processes managed by the Content Excellence team and act as the 'subject business matter expert' for the DAM systems
  • Analysing, simplifying and prioritizing requirements; translating and documenting into detailed use cases. Ensuring that the identified solutions do not conflict with the existing business processes or cross functional applications
  • Liaise with system developers to ensure quality of deliverables, timely progression of projects, and adherence to specification
  • Devising solutions to business problems and supporting company's content owners by determining the requirements of a project or program, and communicating them clearly and precisely to stakeholders, facilitators, and partners
  • Following up on functionalities testing with IT and local teams
  • Prepare business communications including presentations, summaries for the local affiliates’ management and reports
  • Communicate to internal stakeholders the DAM/iMR functionalities and engage the DAM/iMR & user’s community through appropriate change management program, training communication
  • Ensure consistency of the Content Excellence framework outputs with Content Excellence manager, Omnichannel Engine Digital Manager, TA Engagement Leads, Omnichannel and Solution managers deliverables, maintaining a sustainable and comprehensive content value chain.
The role should be based centrally in Europe region and will involve travel (up to 30%) and virtual team and network across the EMEA region.

It is anticipated that the role holder will be based in his/her current country of residence if easy access to travel/transportation and local hosting is available at a Janssen office.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 7 years of experience in healthcare and functional domain of the Janssen digital and Content platform ecosystem, and a strong knowledge of Veeva Vault PromoMats /DAM
  • Experience with other content management systems within the corporate environment
  • Bachelors or master’s degree in a related field
  • Strong project management/product owner skills
  • Very good written and spoken English
  • Strong business focus, enabling identification and prioritization of high value opportunities
  • Ability to understand complex and detailed business processes and articulate them clearly and simply to the wider organization
  • Strong relationships (or ability to quickly build them) in omni-channel and digital content teams, enabling facilitating the management of dependencies across teams
  • Ability to work effectively in virtual teams in a highly matrixed environment
  • Ability to dissect workflows and make tool recommendations that lead to more efficient and effective processes
  • Ability to question the way we do things and recommend alternative solutions that drive impact for the business.
