As Digital Commerce Assets Manager, this person will drive digital commerce asset management across Hill’s retailer platforms. This role’s priority will be to manage the digital commerce asset ecosystem (PIM/DAM), with the end goal to bring our digital content across retailers with quality, speed and accuracy.

Responsibilities:

Online content management:

  • Leads Brilliant Basics execution across all digital channels: images, description, A+ content and brand stores
  • Owns relationship with key customer teams and partners closely with agency, shopper marketers and brand managers to ensure the right content is live at the right time
  • Ensures Digital Scorecard metrics on content adherence are best in class
  • Enable data-based decision making and track key metrics to ensure content is helping drive the ACPL strategy
PIM & Syndication Management:

  • Manage record integrity of PIM to optimize data flow to retailer product pages, including uploading, updating, archiving, and organizing assets and data
  • Collaborate with non-technical users (brand and sales teams) to ensure proper maintenance and usage of the PIM environment, and develop process and appropriate training materials
Ratings & Reviews Coordination:

  • Owns management of Ratings & Reviews feed, working with brand team to ensure that all products are set up accurately to syndicate reviews by external partners (PowerReviews / Bazaarvoice)
  • Collaborates with website team to ensure product pages are created and ready to accept reviews from reviews partners
  • Leads review feed audit to actively identify syndication issues and resolve them in a timely manner with reviews partners
  • Owns relationship with reviews partners for the syndication part (PowerReviews / Bazaarvoice)
  • Works closely with ratings and reviews partners like Yogi to generate insights and feed that back into online content

Qualifications:

  • BA/BS degree and 3 years of experience managing product content systems / catalogs for eCommerce
  • Must-have experience managing internal systems including PIM and/or DAM and various integrations.
  • Hands-on experience with PIM (Stibo preferred) and Syndication platforms (Salsify, Syndigo)
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, combined with demonstrated project management experience
  • Ability to manage multiple projects at once, prioritize according to business impact and pivot when required in an ever-changing environment
  • CPG experience preferred but not required.
