The Role:

The Digital Shelf Manager will be responsible for maintaining our Digital Shelf across our key partners including content management, new product launches, ratings and reviews, and pricing & promotions. The Digital Shelf Manager will thrive in an agile and fast-paced work environment with significant autonomy to get results. The Digital Shelf Manager should have experience handling large catalogs through an Enterprise PIM/DAM system and is passionate about unlocking new ways to vividly tell our stories to our consumers. This role is responsible for managing a Digital Shelf Specialist and is fully remote with occasional travel to HQ in NY.

Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with Director of Marketing and Head of Omnichannel Sales to develop engaging content that delights our consumers
  • Handle our PIM and syndication tools (Salsify, Syndigo)
  • Develop and maintain our content management processes to improve the efficiency of our content marketing operations – including workflows, cross-functional integration and KPIs
  • Customer channel development and mapping in Salsify, customer catalog creation, customer-specific copy iteration and uploads, workflows
  • Upload and tag new assets, link assets between systems, clean up old assets, implement A+ publishing capabilities, functionality inputs, etc.
  • Lead end-to-end new product launch process in partnership with National Account Managers to ensure all products launch complete and timely
  • Partner with Head of Customer Experience to develop and handle ratings and reviews scorecard
Education & Experience:

  • Minimum of 2+ years of eCommerce or marketing experience required
  • Previous experience with PIM solution provider, e-retailer, or CPG industry experience is preferred
  • Experience working with key digital shelf syndication and measurement systems (ex. Salsify, Syndigo, EDGE by Ascential, Profitero, etc.) is a plus
  • Intellectually curious about the changing eCommerce landscape and addressing future needs
  • Proficient MS Office skills – PowerPoint, Excel, Word
  • Outstanding project management experience
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication and presentation skills
  • Strong analytical and creative problem-solving skills
  • Self-starter that can work in ambiguous environments
  • Comfortable building trust and influencing cross functional partners
  • Proven track record to flex management style/ways of collaborating based on individual market needs and level of Digital Shelf maturity
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment/start-up mentality
