Johnson & Johnson Consumer Health  is currently recruiting for a Digital Shelf Associate to be based in Markham, Canada.

You will sit within Canadian Digital Enabling team to accelerate the development of e-Commerce capabilities. You will be pivotal in delivering overarching e-commerce growth, improving delivery, and optimizing results in response to the disruption across e-commerce. You will partner with cross-functional teams (brands, sales and connected commerce) to drive efficient scale and impact with customers and consumers, will help craft and scale new processes, and is responsible to deliver timely, accurate, and outstanding content across all Canadian retailers.

You will lead:

  • Syndicate digital shelf content from Salsify directly in vendor portals for New Products and Content Refreshes, including packaging refreshes, brand restages, image/copy optimizations, and enhanced content.
  • Ensure all content in Salsify is uploaded and up to date within internal retailer ready content portals
  • Handle content channels to ensure product data is mapped appropriately and coordinate with IT on any attribution changes.
  • Own the kick off process and workflows for new products, artwork refreshes, SEO refreshes and content changes
  • Tailor syndication to support brand and customer needs; including, retailer specific content, image ordering, etc.
  • Responsible for ad-hoc customer syndication requests and provide regular updates on progress, issues, or delays.
  • Troubleshoot any content submission issues, submit and monitor tickets on retailer portals.
  • Maintain a content syndication and deployment calendar with key projects, customer specifics, item setup requests, and timelines, with inputs from Customer and brand teams.
  • Partner closely with Digital Shelf Team on upcoming projects, priorities, and ongoing content optimizations.
  • Monitor content accuracy post syndication using measurement tools, including Salsify Insights and Profitero, and resolve any retailer or channel mapping issues.
  • Continually assess for areas of improvement in syndication process to improve speed-to-market, content accuracy, customer visibility, and minimize touchpoints.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to pilot new features and functionality for digital shelf.
  • Canadian lead for digital asset management and retailer ready content portal
  • Own Syndigo relationship and deploying salsify content/enhanced content for omni retailers
Qualifications

Experience and Skills:

Required:

  • A minimum of 3 years experience in digital shelf/ecommerce content syndication and/or PIM management is required
  • Detailed oriented, with a track record of problem solving, learning agility, continuous improvement, and being cross-functionally balanced
  • Experience using retailer platforms, portals and systems (i.e. Syndigo, Salsify, VC, portals, templates) and how to manage multiple channels
  • Experience using Salsify for content management, workflows, and channel syndication
  • Experience working in an Agile environment. Ability to handle complexity and ambiguity, capable to change priorities quickly.
  • Experience in managing above-the-fold content (baseline copy, CGI, EDI) and enhanced content below-the-fold
  • Strong collaborator, detail-oriented and able to prioritize, effectively
  • Strong visual, written and oral communication skills
  • Talent to manage workflow maintenance, channel mapping and Salsify/Syndigo escalation
  • Ability to learn new technologies and platforms
Preferred:

  • Knowledge on retailer digital shelf requirements and guidelines
  • Experienced in systems such as DAM, Product360, SAP, GDSN
  • CPG company experience and/or agency representing CPG company
