Your Role:
As a Digital Shelf Analyst on our eCommerce team, you will lead the end-to-end syndication of our content to key retailer partners and manage the ongoing development of optimized content syndication workflows to drive efficiencies across the organization.
You will have the opportunity to:
- Contribute to the team’s content syndication strategy through analysis of retailer website capabilities/requirements, sales data & syndication platforms
- Execute syndication tasks within product information management system (PIM), including packaging updates, product claim updates, image or copy optimizations, enhanced content, and rich media
- Progressive responsibility in leading channel mapping, content readiness, and workflows, ensuring the content is accurate and meets retailer requirements
- Progressive responsibility in troubleshooting of publication issues, working with agency partners, brand teams, and sales teams to ensure roadblocks to submissions are resolved
- Partner with Digital Content Strategy Manager to create publication calendars, anticipating syndication needs for upcoming projects and ongoing optimizations
- Work with Senior Digital Content Manager to develop benchmarks for content performance metrics (KPIs), providing reports and optimization recommendations
- Progressive responsibility in partnering with IT and sales teams to build out new channels, APIs, workflows, and capabilities to scale syndication
- Collaborate with Data Asset Management (DAM) Manager to ensure accurate asset categorization of content within the PIM

We need you to have:
- BA/BS degree
- 1-3 years of experience in Marketing, Tech, eCommerce, or Sales Operations
- Minimum of 6 months experience in digital shelf/eCommerce content syndication
- Strong project management skills and ability to lead through ambiguity
- Experience utilizing retailer systems/portals and PIMs (i.e. Salsify, Syndigo, Item360, Vendor Central, etc) to manage multiple channels
- Detail-oriented with strong collaboration and prioritization skills
- Passion for the evolving digital landscape and an interest in learning new technologies
Icing on the cake:
- Prior experience at a large CPG organization or agency
- Experience working with Digital Asset Management systems, SAP, or GDSN
- Knowledge of retailer eCommerce requirements
- Experience with agency/vendor management
