Digital Production Manager

We are looking for a Production Manager with content management and people management experience. We are standing up several new technologies aimed at strengthening our segmentation and personalization initiatives as we expand internationally. We need an individual who can understand these systems, understand the groups who need to utilize them, and develop processes that allow us to take full advantage of our new capabilities. This individual will be responsible for managing our DAM as well as directing a group of producers.

Responsibilities

• Understand the capabilities of our CMS (Contentful) and DAM (Cloudinary)
• Traffic, organization, and tagging of incoming assets
• Understand the capabilities of Adobe Creative Suite and how to best utilize its capabilities (i.e. how to set up templates, smart objects, actions, etc. to be accessed and output by the DAM)
• Develop processes to efficiently use the DAM to feed our email and ad technologies (Adobe Campaign, Google Web Designer, Smartly.io, etc.)
• Bridge the gap between the Creative and Performance Marketing teams (i.e. generating links including image transformation data based on input from the Creative team and the needs of the Performance Marketing team)
• Manage a team (local or offshore) to execute on the processes you have designed
• Perform QA to ensure that the output is to spec

Requirements

• 5-8 years of content management experience
• 2 years of people management experience
