Position Summary:

At SanMar, we provide online tools for our customers to access digital assets like photos, videos and marketing collateral to help them market and grow their businesses.  One of our most beloved customer tools is our Media Library which is the customer-facing experience that is powered by our Digital Asset Management (DAM) solution.  In this position, you will be responsible for the management of our Media Library solution and strategy on SanMar.com.  You will manage the interfaces and experiences in how customers engage with our media assets and exceed their expectations in the delivery of the product. You will also collaborate closely with the Digital Asset Manager, marketing managers, project management, creative team, and studio ops to deliver a successful end-to-end customer experience.

The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, capable of handling multiple concurrent projects, and be a strategic thinker. Being pro-active, strategy oriented, and comfortable working with a variety of teams, customers and senior management will be key to the success of this role.

Primary Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Track performance and gather user feedback to continue to strategize and manage the roadmap of our Media Library and portal pages.
  • Regularly report to stakeholders about image use, tags, searches, downloads, and preferred views by customer type. Use reporting to develop forward looking strategy.
  • Create experiences around high-volume searches.
  • Build new portal pages centered around key customer needs.
  • Unlock Widen (vendor) capabilities within the SanMar.com experience tailored around customer needs.
  • Create and execute updates and product page additions to SanMar.com.
  • Test and QA product updates.
Requirements for Position:

  • Familiarity with an asset management system is a must, Widen Digital Asset Management Solution is preferred. Someone with knowledge of end to end user experience is a plus.
  • Experience within apparel industry preferred, experience handling assets with an understanding of how image/video assets get generated is a plus.
  • Highly organized and results oriented.
  • Highly motivated in bringing experiences to life.
  • Self-starter with the ability to work independently and multi-task.
  • Excellent relationship building and interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel).
Qualifications:

  • Associate Degree required, Bachelor’s Degree preferred.
  • Team player.
