This position will assist the E-Business and Product Data Management teams with analyzing, designing and implementing new digital systems and tools across the company. This position supports administration of digital assets in the Digital Asset Management (DAM) tool, Marketing Project Management workflow tools, product guides and sell sheets (Product Guide Builder) - as used to support Sherwin-Williams marketing groups across all operating divisions. This role may include project management for ongoing support projects and tasks. It will offer hands-on learning experience in digital marketing systems through a range of core functionalities.

  • Assist Digital Asset Managers in developing and implementing new divisions to digital marketing systems.
  • Ongoing support and maintenance of implemented marketing groups.
  • Communicate with team members, stakeholders and management about digital systems lifecycle, milestones, key accomplishments and metrics on performance against goals.
  • Work with cross-functional teams across functional areas such as E-Business, Marketing, Sales, Technology, etc.
EDUCATION

  • Current undergrad or grad student pursuing a degree in marketing, business, operations, technology, engineering or a related field
KNOWLEDGE & EXPERIENCE

  • A motivated college or graduate student with proven ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines to ensure on-time and in full delivery.
  • Must be a team player with strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Self-starter with a desire to learn and contribute.
  • Strong analytical and quantitative skills with the ability to use data and metrics to back up assumptions and recommendations and to drive actions.
  • Ability to understand and discuss technical concepts and manage tradeoffs.
  • The candidate should have a good understanding of digital marketing, social media systems and graphic arts platforms.
  • Very strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel is desired.
