SET THE COURSE

The Digital Coordinator supports and assists in working directly with business stakeholders, including various levels of leadership, to scope, plan, manage, and help drive process within the photography asset creation process and calendar, as well as digital transformation initiatives. The incumbent will assist to ensure all key milestones are met, and that all photo shoots remain on budget. The Coordinator will maintain Tommy Bahama’s digital asset manager, Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) – ensuring file naming structure is correct, metadata is present, and folder structure meets brand guidelines. The position will own the organization of our digital asset archival systems within AEM as well.

BE THE ISLAND GUIDE

  • Manage and create consistent asset management processes for Tommy Bahama’s global digital asset management (DAM) – with a focus on auditing folders and content, establishing and maintaining an archive system of legacy content, and verifying user compliance
  • Support the oversight of our network-wide photography library
  • Assist in establishing and maintaining a comprehensive photography workflow, assisting in the management of shoot dates and budgets
  • Coordinate and communicate on all major milestone meetings within the photography process, keeping all stakeholders informed of changes or obstacles, calendar scheduling, and meeting set-up as required
  • Help drive communication and collaboration with internal partners – act as central point of contact for all on location calendar deliverables within the organization
  • Assist in the processing of invoices through Photography Production Manager
  • Assist in project coordination, meeting documentation, and reporting for various Digital Transformation initiatives as needed
  • Maintain a highly organized and efficient workspace and workflow, with the ability to assist in multiple, simultaneous projects – some complex in nature
  • Perform other responsibilities as required
ESSENTIALS FOR LIFE IN PARADISE

  • High school diploma required; Bachelor’s degree desired.
  • Generally, 1+ year(s) of experience in content management, digital asset management (DAM), and management of large digital libraries.
  • Prior experience in photo shoot, ecommerce, retail or fashion is a plus
  • Experience in invoice processing ideal
  • Ability to handle high volume of projects and tasks for multiple stakeholders simultaneously and manage competing priorities
  • Must be a great communicator (oral and written) with meticulous attention to detail and drive to go the extra mile as well as problem solving skills
  • Must be able to work independently, make sound decisions, think strategically, and maintain accuracy and attention to detail
  • Must possess solid organization, effective time management skills to communicate effectively with cross functional teams
  • Strong project management and planning skills and ability to effectively juggle multiple projects at one time
  • Strong decision making, time management and organization skills
