Digital Asset Manager

Description

We are searching for a dynamic Digital Asset Manager to join our team in LA. In this role you will be responsible for archiving, managing and protecting all digital assets for the agency. The Digital Asset Manager Leads the overall strategy and workflow of a digital asset management system and helps to acquire and protect an organization’s digital assets. Candidates for this role must be detail-oriented and have strong communication and multitasking skills.

Duties & Responsibilities

• Manage and archive all broadcast and digital assets for agency.
• Responsible for ensuring all assets are organized and stored in one place.
• Ensure proper naming conventions and file types are easily identifiable and searchable once archived.
• Research, vet and recommend DAM tools for ongoing use.
• Create wiredrive links as needed for internal and external use.

Requirements

• 3+ years experience in asset management or equivalent work experience.
• Must have advanced knowledge of file formats and specs (broadcast, digital, audio, video).
• Must have excellent organizational skills.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills required.
• Demonstrates collaborative and professional work ethic.
• Willingness to be flexible and adapt to changing timelines.
