The Partnership Marketing Organization is an innovative acquisition channel that drives consumer services distribution and marketing through partners around the globe. We work with mobile operators, OEMs, financial institutions, travel companies, and other businesses to provide access and value to customers across Prime, Prime Video, Amazon Music, Alexa, and more. We enable partners with programs and campaign assets they need to effectively reach and connect with customers. We are looking for an accomplished Digital Asset Manager with proven experience as a self-starter and a passion for helping partners achieve shared goals. Key to success in this role is the ability to use data, including feedback from partners, and stakeholders, to continually improve our capabilities and capacity to support partner marketing at scale.

The Sr. Digital Asset Manager will own the program management strategy for how we source assets from various internal stakeholders and make them easily accessible for global partners. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining metadata and curation strategies that enable our internal teams and external partners to work smarter and faster within our DAM. You will work closely with a Creative Campaign Manager and Sr Product Manager to enable the best experience for our 3P Partners on our DAM. You will be responsible for establishing relationships and defining workflows for how we can maximize asset availability and discoverability while keeping manual touch points low. You will curate unique experiences for our 3P Partners while establishing scalable processes. You will help establish a consistent line of communication to our Partners that provides insights and alignment to our brand strategies while proactively keeping our assets top of mind. You will also act as a champion and main administrator for tool by providing user support and helping to continually raise the experience bar for our internal and external customers. Supporting teams across multiple different cities around the world, you will own a pivotal role in defining the strategies for scaling asset availability to all partners.

Key job responsibilities

  • Work closely with internal teams to ensure the DAM has accurate metadata and content for our partners.
  • Develop and maintain curation strategies.
  • Revisit configuration security templates to ensure it is still meeting the business needs efficiently and effectively.
  • Develop tenets, and roadmap for onboarding new organizations.
  • Own communication strategy and create content for emails to partners and stakeholders.
  • Establish relationships with brand teams to align on strategies for content promotion.
  • Evaluate metadata model regularly for adjustments and additions as business evolves.
  • Coordinate with other Asset Managers to ensure synchronicity across teams.
  • Work with Sr. Product Manager to assess prioritizations of integrations or onboarding of new tools.
  • UAT of features and product updates for the DAM.
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

  • Experience building, executing and scaling cross-functional programs or marketing campaigns from concept to completion
  • 4+ years of professional non-internship marketing experience
  • Experience using data and metrics to measure impact and determine improvements
  • Experience using Microsoft Excel to manipulate and analyze data
  • Minimum 4 yrs experience in Asset or Information Management
  • Experience administering DAM tools and running Asset Management Programs for Creative or Marketing organizations
  • Previous experience with metadata input, organizing a large amount of files, hi-res file transmissions (FTP, servers, etc.), file naming conventions and database reporting
  • Must be well-versed in digital space
  • Must be extremely detail-oriented, organized and a team player
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

  • Experience in managing asset for publicity, entertainment, or sports marketing a plus.
  • Driven to invent and simplify with a healthy curiosity about how things work to dive deep
