Digital Asset Manager

We are looking for a Digital Asset Manager to join our Media Services team. Our Media Services team supports both customer and internal media strategies utilizing our Rockbot CMS for audio, digital signage, and TV content. You will work closely with Sales and CS, Media Services to deploy, manage, and schedule media content as a key part of customer in-store experiences across thousands of locations.

You have extreme attention to detail and are comfortable with maintaining 100% accuracy for all media management. You understand metadata and media hierarchies across large-scale enterprise environments.

You will:

• Upload and schedule customer content
• Manage customer communication around marketing requests
• Collaborate and correspond with Rockbot clients to build asset production templates, uploading and saving these files
• Work with production team for audio asset management
• Coordinate with internal teams to deliver reporting to customers
• Influence evolution of Rockbot Content Management system

You have:

• Experience with enterprise Digital Asset Management (DAM) and/or CMS (bynder or widen)
• Experience managing assets for large scale media deployments
• Strong customer communication skills
• Familiarity with ticketing systems
• Experience with Canva a plus
• Impeccable attention to detail
