The Digital Asset Management Specialist manages and enhances Keystone’s DAM system leveraging Widen, an Acquia product. This role focuses on ensuring all digital marketing materials are well-organized, maintained, and accessible, thus supporting Keystone’s commitment to delivering innovative lighting solutions with efficiency.

Your Impact:

Digital Asset Management:

  • Administer the Widen DAM platform to optimize performance and accessibility of digital assets
  • Ingest a wide variety of digital assets from multiple internal sources and ensure they comply with standards for file naming, formats, and quality
  • Apply metadata standards to accurately catalog digital assets within the DAM system
  • Develop and enforce policies and procedures for digital asset management, including lifecycle management from creation, distribution, and production to archiving
  • Stay abreast of developing standards, practices, and tools in the field of digital asset and content management to continuously improve the DAM system
Collaboration and Support:

  • Provide training and support to stakeholders on effectively utilizing the DAM system
  • Work closely with a diverse set of teams to ensure timely availability of high-quality digital assets
  • Collaborate with IT and external vendors (including Acquia) to maintain system integrity, perform updates, and troubleshoot issues
  • Ensure digital assets are in compliance with corporate branding and usage policies
Project Management:

  • Lead initiatives to enhance the functionality and integration of the DAM system with other marketing technologies
  • Manage project timelines for asset updates, new asset rollouts, and migrations
  • Identify unique ways to organize and manage the digital asset life cycle to enhance production efficiency and asset discoverability
What you bring:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Library Sciences, Information Technology, or related field
  • Proven experience in managing a DAM system, particularly Widen
  • In-depth understanding of metadata application and digital asset management standards and practices
  • Technical proficiency with DAM and CMS platforms, especially familiarity with Acquia products
  • Exceptional organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously
  • Strong communication skills for effective collaboration across various teams
  • Experience with graphic design and video editing software preferred
  • Knowledge of SEO principles and digital marketing strategies preferred
  • Background in the lighting industry or similar technical fields preferred
  • Open to potentially up to 10% domestic travel (conferences, etc.)
