We are looking for a Digital Asset Management (DAM) Executive who will be responsible for maintaining and expanding Wren’s imagery and asset library to help constantly improve creative collateral.

The role will involve using a mix of software to produce, edit and upload imagery and rich media to internal systems.  The successful candidate will need to be comfortable with data and spreadsheets to organise and maintain all assets for easy discoverability by the team. In addition, be a good communicator and possess a creative eye to spot gaps and opportunities for new assets that will improve online and offline creative work.

  • Work with both offline and online design teams to ensure they have all the right imagery needed for website development, POS creation and offline product materials.
  • Attend meetings for new product development and launches, including regular cross-functional team sessions to assist with the planning and management of assets. Ensure that digital asset production aligns with the timelines of new product launches.
  • Manage the briefing, styling, and amends process of all Wren’s lifestyle imagery, working with the product and pricing team as well as external CGI and photography agencies to ensure all imagery is technically correct.
  • Reorganise Wren’s asset library from the ground up as part of a major project to drive greater efficiencies in the creative production process.
  • Work with 3rd party accessory and appliance manufacturers to ensure all imagery and assets are captured to keep product information up-to-date and as engaging as possible.  
  • Regularly review offline and online marketing material with agencies and internal teams to ensure future trends are captured in all imagery and assets.
  • Conduct gap analysis and competitor reviews to ensure Wren’s assets constantly evolve to be distinctive, aspirational, and engaging.
  • Work with the analytics team to report on the engagement metrics of digital assets to inform future decision making.
  • Responsible for managing any requests for imagery from internal departments, including creative edits required for social or marketing work.
  • Manage all quotes, invoices, and PO’s, ensuring costs are online with pre-agreed rates, and helping to keep costs within budget.
Desired skills and knowledge:

  • Experience in Adobe Creative Suite and PowerPoint or Keynote
  • Good Excel and data management skills
  • Experience with project management
  • Experience or interest in interior design and styling
  • Any experience with CGI or photography would be a bonus
