Digital Asset Management (DAM) Coordinator Responsibilities:

  • Working with end users of the DAM to assist in their user experience
  • Moving and tagging large amounts of digital assets within the DAM
  • Managing internal company creative assets
  • Metadata Integrity
  • File naming conventions
  • Adhering to governance and rules
  • Distribution of Assets to various systems
  • Enforcing best practices
  • Communicate concerns and issues
  • Make recommendations for improvements
  • Collaborate with members from other groups outside Brand Marketing including Sales, Customer Experience and Digital Teams
Digital Asset Management (DAM) Coordinator Requirements:

  • 1-3 years of experience with enterprise-grade Digital Asset Management (DAM) such as Adobe AEM, Bynder, North Plains, Widen
  • 1-3 years of experience with tagging and cataloging assets
  • Strong understanding of Digital Asset Management including metadata management, tagging, taxonomy, and governance
  • In-depth understanding of taxonomy development and metadata standards
  • In-depth knowledge of file formats (print, digital, and video)
  • Basic knowledge of Rights Management
  • Adobe AEM platform knowledge including Adobe Assets a plus
  • Workfront platform experience a plus
  • Seismic platform experience a plus
  • E-commerce delivery for both print-on-demand and physical inventory experience a plus
