The Digital Asset Coordinator is an entry level role working with a team of Asset Managers to provide data entry support to our client’s assets. This role is the connective tissue between departments, agency partners and clients, requiring a strong organization, accuracy and previous experience in repetitive data administration support.

The Digital Asset Coordinator is an entry level role working with a team of Asset Managers to provide data entry support to our client’s assets. This role is the connective tissue between departments, agency partners and clients, requiring a strong organization, accuracy and previous experience in repetitive data administration support.
Core responsibilities include, but not limited to:
- Acts as a librarian, archivist, organizer and guardian of our assets (files, images, video, audio- all digital content).
- Possesses an understanding of production workflows — both print and digital. Follows client advertising requirements
- Highly collaborative position- tech skills and digital know-how
- Incredible people skills, ability to simplify digital asset access to the masses
Work experience, skills and education:
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science or related field
- 1-2 years in data administrative, asset management role in a creative agency and/or production studio environment
- Experience with DAM systems, library systems, content management systems (CMSs), or other large searchable databases used in the creation of web pages, media, or research a plus
- Working knowledge of standard metadata models
- Excellent computer competency and adept at learning new digital platforms
- Strong communication skills, with an attention to detail
- Ability to manage multiple projects and deliver before deadlines.
- Takes initiative and is proactive to solve problems and support the asset team and needs
- Collaborative, able to foster a team relationship with co-workers and all agency disciplines
- Critical thinking / using logic and reasoning to identify the strengths and weaknesses of alternative solutions, conclusions or approaches to opportunities.
- Flexibility, willingness to shift gears to meet project deadlines and client deliverables
