The RHS is seeking a proactive Digital Asset Coordinator to help manage a growing collection of more than 300,000 images, audio, video and other assets. Not only will you be working on one of the finest collection of horticulture-related images in the world, you’ll also assist with photo shoot production and delivery.
The ideal candidate for this maternity cover, starting in December 2020, will be a self-starter and fast learner with a strong eye for detail and a methodical approach to work. You must have impeccable customer service skills and enjoy working closely with stakeholders at all levels to ensure best use of the Digital Asset Management (DAM) system.
You will be involved in all aspects of asset management including cataloguing, auditing and archiving, metadata enrichment, user support and day-to-day management of a DAM system. In addition, you will be supporting staff with commissioning photography and ensuring that assets have the relevant copyright and consent.
