Millennium Lighting is currently seeking the right individual to fill an immediate need for a Digital Asset Coordinator for the eCommerce side of the business.

Responsibilities

  • Research, validate, and standardize product information for master product file additions and updates to existing product data
  • Upload and organize digital assets within digital asset management system, ensuring appropriate tagging and naming taxonomy to ensure all product information is accurate
  • Execute master product file updates in accordance with department productivity and accuracy goals to increase product file reliability, product availability, and end user experience
  • Populate, organize, update, and maintain all digital assets and product information within a digital repository
  • Assist with future population of digital assets within Digital Asset Management (DAM) and/or Product Information Management system (PIM)
  • Establish product data as a competitive advantage by building strong vendor relationships and developing best practices for the collection and exchange of product data
  • Demonstrates initiative and ability to migrate or ingest data and digital assets into multiple platforms


Qualifications

  • Associate’s degree or Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience
  • Strong planning and organizational skills
  • Analytical skills and independent problem-solving ability
  • Detail oriented and committed to accuracy
  • Strong focus on delivering positive customer experience
  • Ability to establish and grow positive working relationships with internal and external contacts
  • Familiarity with database tools and concepts
  • Experience with data migration, data validation and data governance
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office: Excel, Word, Outlook and One Drive
  • Knowledge of taxonomy and metadata structures
  • Familiarity with eCommerce tools
