Overview:

The vineyard vines Digital Asset & Content Manager will collaborate with multiple departments to create end-to-end digital asset management workflows, while maintaining the daily ingest and governance of content. This role will support the Studio team in leading overall strategy, implementation, and creative workflows for vineyard vines. They will have an in-depth understanding of how content is created, workflow management and lead initiatives to grow the scope and capabilities of our DAM system. This role relies on a strong understanding of data management best practices and excellent leadership and communication skills.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement strategy associated with the cataloging, tagging (metadata schema & taxonomies), storage, retrieval, and distribution of all Vineyard Vines creative digital content
  • Collaborate across internal departments in the development and modification of creative end to end workflows to create and drive efficiencies
  • Day to day operations of metadata governance and metadata tagging to all incoming assets
  • Develop training materials and training program for DAM users to educate proper usage of the DAM system across all departments
  • Create best practices and drive efficiencies throughout the creative workflow
  • DAM Maintenance & Enhancements - Use multiple sources of information including stakeholder views to develop solutions and recommendations for process and DAM system improvements and enhancements
  • System Growth and Integration - Coordinates with IT in regard to system requirements, growth, and special needs like PIM integration, Asset Link set up, and Dynamic Media configuration
Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of proven experience in Digital Asset Management systems for a large organization
  • Bachelor of Fine Arts degree or Library Sciences or equivalent degree
  • Knowledge and hands on experience in Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) a strong plus
  • Proficient in MS Excel, Office, Capture One and Adobe Photoshop
  • Knowledge of wide-ranging file formats and specifications including still, video, social, and web content
  • Knowledge of Box and/or cloud-based storage solutions
  • Experience driving large-scale programs end-to-end in collaboration with internal and external partners
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Superior organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Strong leadership and managerial skills
  • Able to quickly learn and adapt to new and evolving technology
  • Willingness to address and resolve issues that prevent cross-functional teams from working together effectively.
  • Ability to adapt to a very dynamic content environment and a variety of capture situations
  • Creative thinking around process improvements and a proven ability to solve complex problems
