Here’s what you will do here
- Function as the point of contact for proper asset ingestion and organization procedure
- Maintain workflows between content and commerce teams
- Review newly ingested assets by content and commerce teams for compliance
- Assign metadata to library assets
- Ingest newly created assets into DAM
- Review digitized asset library: assess and document which files are acceptable for digital use, and which files are missing and/or unusable
- Assist in answering image rights reuse inquiries
- Experience developing and maintaining metadata schemas
- Experience developing and maintaining file architecture structures
- Proficiency with Digital Asset Management applications (DAMs)
- Proficiency with GlobalEdit
- Proficiency with Adobe Creative Cloud, including Photoshop
- Strong organizational skills
- Strong research skills
- Strong ability to problem-solve
- Ability to process substantial amounts of information quickly
