I. Job Summary | Major goals and objectives.
Perform variety of Digital Asset Management (DAM) customer support-related tasks for the company’s creative content in its DAM system, including archiving, contracts/rights management, permission request fulfillment, asset delivery for licensing activities, search assistance and metadata auditing. Brand Coordinator will consistently perform at a level that meets or exceeds performance standards, as established by Associate Director, DAM Services.
II. Essential Job Functions
Education:
High school diploma, college preferred. Will accept equivalent work experience. Technical training in Graphic Arts, Computer Science, and digital content creation helpful.
Experience:
At least 2 years’ experience working with software, including Adobe Creative Suite and Microsoft Office.
Specific Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:

II. Essential Job Functions
- Accountabilities, Actions and Expected Measurable Results
- Perform tasks for all asset types (images, layouts, etc.), such as ensuring assets are correctly archived in the company’s DAM system, validating usage rights, approving/facilitating approval of assets for reuse by third parties, and delivering assets to licensees by predetermined methods and timelines. Additionally, provide customer support to assigned brands, such as assisting with search requests, file naming, and asset organization. Will work with the DAM System Manager to distribute brand-related reports to improve asset metadata quality and overall system use.
- Perform system testing for problem resolution and/or enhancement purposes.
- Assist in maintaining operation's accounting procedures, including daily tracking of jobs, schedule adherence, and time spent per job/piece of work.
- Participate in training or use other methods to stay up to date on DAM developments, such as industry trends and software and technology advancements.
- Complete special tasks as requested.

- Exposure to DAM and workflow management systems, such as WoodWing and K4, and working knowledge of DAM workflows and industry standards a plus. Working knowledge of contracts/rights-management terminology and practices helpful.
- Strong attention to detail, ability to work well with people at all levels, and provide outstanding customer services to both internal and external stakeholders. Must be able to manage multiple projects simultaneously while working on under time constraints and pressure to meet changing deadlines.
