About Stacks

Stacks, LLC is a full-service, end to end, digital asset management (DAM) service provider. It was founded by a team of photographers and creatives for the purpose of making digital asset management impossibly easy. We partner with some of the leading DAM platforms and work with some of the world’s top brands to provide custom DAM solutions regardless of our client's level of sophistication, IT infrastructure, and budget. Turning chaos into order is our specialty.

The Role

The DAM architect is primarily responsible for designing and implementing DAM projects for our clients and overseeing small groups of visual engineers. They are responsible for helping clients realize their DAM goals by developing roadmaps and strategies to address their unique needs. These can include streamlining operations, optimizing user workflows, establishing metadata standards, and maintaining best practices for digital asset management.

The DAM architect should be well versed in DAM platforms and have a deep knowledge of standard DAM practices and developing technologies. They should be adept at seeing the larger picture and be able to fix a wide range of client problems with creative solutions. They also need to be detail-oriented and have excellent communication and leadership skills.
