Position summary / Main purpose of the role:
The Traffic Coordinator Creative Services EU works in close partnership with the Creative Services Manager EU, EU DtC Team and EU Marketing Manager, and ensures timely execution of all creative assets for new product introductions, campaigns and DTC initiatives, managing internal and external resources.

The Traffic Coordinator Creative Services EU works in close partnership with the Creative Services Manager EU, EU DtC Team and EU Marketing Manager, and ensures timely execution of all creative assets for new product introductions, campaigns and DTC initiatives, managing internal and external resources.
Essential Responsibilities:
- Together with the Creative Services Manager EU, the Traffic Coordinator will oversee creative assets deliverables and manage localizations into key European languages (NPI, Campaigns).
- First point of contact for EU DTC team for organizing the creation and localization of DTC-specific content.
- Update and track schedules for each creative request and maintain clear and accurate communication with team members to assure priorities and schedule status is on track.
- Task creative requests to internal team or external agencies and track deliverables.
- Own Process and inform requestors and designers of any necessary deadlines for submitting materials to ensure the project is completed per agreed-upon timeframe.
- Maintain digital asset organization with proper file naming and organization for upload and archiving to the Sound United DAM system.

- Able to work autonomously with internal partners and correspond with external vendors/clients to gather information applicable to execute deliverables.
- Ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously and independently in a fast-paced, deadline driven environment
- BA degree in marketing, advertising or communications preferred, or proven experience with required skillset
- Consumer technology industry experience is a plus
- Nice to have: Workfront project management software
- Experience with batch actions and scripts for processing large volumes of work
