Creative Production Manager

Summary: The Creative Production Manager collaborates with an outstanding group of creatives, outside agencies and Best Friends departments to ensure creative assets are optimized and innovative across all channels.The Creative Production Manager will work collaborate with the Creative Director, Sr. Manager, Copywriting and Production, Designer Manager, and project requesters as needed, to establish creative strategiesfor high-performing campaigns that include written content, illustrations, photos, videos, and more.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Act as production manager for the creative team and system administrator for Workfront, the project management software used by the creative team. This includes having a complete understanding of all parts of the software, working with Creative Production Specialist to enable creative team members and requesters to use the software correctly and efficiently, troubleshooting any software issues.
• Serve as administrator for Best Friends digital asset management creative hub, Widen DAM, and work with key stakeholders to maintain and organize the hub.
• Meet with requesters throughout DXC to discuss and review their goals and wanted results for upcoming campaignsto help establishworkflow strategies, enabling the creative team to create the best content possible.
• Manage the Creative Production Specialist.
• Work with theSr. Manager to conduct regular analysis of previous creative to inform future creative strategies.
• Regularly meet with Best Friends channel leads to understand what is performing well, what needs improvement, where they see opportunity on their channels, and to bring new ideas from our team. Communicate those needs and opportunities in an actionable way to the Sr. Manager and creative team.
• Work alongside the Creative Director to complete tasks as needed.
• Lead the Creative Production Specialistto develop, implement, and maintain solutions to improve accessibility to creative materials throughout the organization.

Skills and Experience:

• Minimum 5 years’ creative production management experience
• Minimum 3 years of system administrator experience in an advanced project management tool like Workfront or Asana
• Ability to work collaboratively while managing multiple projects, competing priorities, and deadlines
• Flexible and able to adapt quickly to a multitude of challenging projects across different departments
• Strong interpersonal skills, including written and verbal communication
• Proven time-management and organizational skills.
• Demonstrate attention to detail
• Skilled with MS Office and ability to learn company technology (Workfront, Widen DAM, Fetch, Canva, etc.)
• Bi-lingual in English/Spanish is a plus
