As a Content Analyst, you will support the team in increasing customer acquisition and retention, generate engagement through multi-channel marketing campaigns, and foster recognition of loyalty benefits. On the Content Orchestration team reporting to the Manager, Content Operations, you will work on projects including content intake and workflows and Marketing & Loyalty Digital Asset Support.

HOW YOU WILL MAKE AN IMPACT
Your role is important and below are some of the fundamental job duties that make your work unique.
What your day-to-day will be like:
- Manage and communicate content processes for partnerships and Hilton’s new trading brands, coordinating with internal teams and adhering to quality and consistency standards to ensure smooth content distribution across channels.
- Leverage artificial intelligence tools and platforms to improve and optimize content for new and established brands, ensuring it aligns with business objectives and customer requirements.
- Assist with content migration and analysis for new partnerships, guiding the development of content distribution strategies and best practices across various channels and languages.
- Collaborate with Content Orchestration Innovation and Platforms teams on the creation, QA and maintenance of internal and external facing documentation.
- Interact with Content Orchestration and M&L teams during content migrations, system and platform redesigns and change management.
- Support Marketing & Loyalty initiatives by assisting in asset uploads and sourcing in MAM and DAM systems.
- Collaborate with the Content Orchestration Innovation and Platforms teams on the creation, QA, and maintenance of internal and external-facing documentation.
- Interact with Content Orchestration and M&L teams during content migrations, system and platform redesigns, and change management.
You have these minimum qualifications:
- Experience in Content Lifecycle Management.
- Experience of Copywriting and web content publishing.
- Proofreading and editing skills.
- Knowledge of Keyword research & search engine tools.
- Hybrid in-office work schedule (Dallas, TX, McLean, VA, or Glasgow, Scotland)
- Experience working with a leading web or enterprise CMS.
- Experience writing for the travel industry.
- Experience in reviewing, grading and editing digital assets.
- Experience with metadata and taxonomy standards to enhance search capabilities.
