Experienced professional needed to provide brand identity oversight, organization and escalation for brand matters in development and delivery of product launch and marketing collateral and other deliverables within a brand and marcom team.

Must have a minimum of 5-7 years project management experience in marketing and/or creative project management, well as a history of working directly with internal requestors and external brand agencies. Build and foster long-term relationships globally, while reporting and communicating project status effectively. Must be able to work remotely. Must have familiarity with project management workflow software. Well-versed in brand and have the ability to problem-solve brand inconsistency issues with external agencies and/or escalate.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

In this job, you'll work closely with brand and marketing communications, external creative agencies and operations teams to manage workflow, prioritization and execution of projects to ensure deliverables are on brand and deadlines are met within project scope and timeline.

Responsibilities:

  • Act as the main point of contact for brand, marcom teams and external agencies throughout planning, creative development, production and asset management
  • Own management of projects through the external agency process
  • Oversee project lifecycle and deliverables including locating assets and guidelines needed before the start of the project and all assets obtained after project completed for archiving in DAM
  • Interface with key project stakeholders to understand requirements, audience needs and make recommendations accordingly and within brand compliance
  • Coordinate and facilitate project assessment and kickoff meetings with agencies
  • Review and provide brand guidelines and assets to agencies creating work
  • Act as a strong brand advocate
  • Participate in developing creative solutions that adhere to brand and messaging needs and meets the project scope
  • Develop the skills to influence a strong, consistent visual brand and messaging direction
  • Influence brand strategy in an informative way as it relates directly to product/business teams is critical.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with messaging and visual agencies
  • Maintain a working-level understanding of key lines of business, products, services and corporate communication plans
  • Work directly with agencies and busines marcom teams to:
  • Initiate project work
  • Obtain appropriate guidelines and assets needed for agency success
  • Manage process of project naming and document number assistance
  • Manage workflow and prioritization between agency and marcom
  • Attend appropriate meetings
  • Ensure compliance to company brand, style guide and logo guidelines
  • Manage toward tight deadlines
  • First-level quality control and handle review cycles within business team
  • Track project milestones and costs
  • Complete reporting on all projects in project management system and deliver final files with all legal information to DAM.
BACKGROUND AND EXPERIENCE:

Must have at least 5-7 years of project management experience in digital, creative, advertising, and/or marketing, including agency experience in client services or account management Strong experience with events, internal and external creative agencies, and video and web project management

SKILLS:

  • Must be proficient with MS Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Adobe Acrobat
  • Experience with project management and digital asset management software
  • Must have strong project management skills
  • Positive, flexible problem-solver, exhibiting grace under pressure
  • Self-starter who takes initiative and is constantly seeking better ways to get things done
  • Must possess effective and efficient written and verbal communication
  • skills and be comfortable working across teams in a matrixed organization
  • Must be able to work collaboratively in a high-volume environment
  • Must be able to drive projects through to completion
DETAILS: This is a contract position on an internal agency team working onsite at a high-tech manufacturing company. Additional details will be provided during the interview process.
