As our Brand Executive, you will be supporting the Brand Manager to develop and implement our corporate and consumer brands (Motability Operations and the Motability Scheme).

You will work with design agency partners/internal resources to deploy brand identity, experiences, and design application across all brand touchpoints, and communicating these updates with all areas of the business with the support of our Internal Communications lead.

Responsibilities:

  • Supporting the evolution, roll-out and adoption of the new Motability Operations brand identity and tone of voice across all touchpoints, including communicating these updates to the wider business and being a true brand guardian.
  • Driving the ongoing delivery of our Purpose and Values communication and engagement programme across the wider business.
  • Supporting the evolution of the Motability Scheme brand identity and application across all brand touchpoints and communicating updates with the wider business for implementation.
  • Ensuring that our minimum accessibility criteria is deployed across all customer-facing communications, working with key stakeholders to audit, adapt and deliver any required design/content updates
  • Launching a new Digital Asset Management portal that supports the needs of our internal and external stakeholders for sharing brand and marketing guidelines and content, as well as owning ongoing training and management of the DAM.
  • Managing the shared Brand Team inbox to ensure all brand requests/reviews from the business are consulted correctly and efficiently within the Brand team.
  • Working closely and building relationships with creative marketing agencies and internal resources to deliver a range of communication assets on brand, on time and in budget.
  • Ensuring brand consistency across all brand and marketing touchpoints.
About You

The successful candidate will play a key role in evolving and delivering our corporate and consumer brands. You will be part of the Brand Team in the wider Marketing and Communications department and this role will suit you if:

  • You are an enthusiastic self-starter with experience in brand marketing, who enjoys working in a small but friendly team, happy to offer opinions and ideas and get involved.
  • You have a creative eye with the ability to capture requirements, translating them into clear written briefs.
  • You are comfortable working in a fast-paced environment, making decisions and acting on your own initiative
  • You are a highly organised individual, comfortable with change and possess the ability to deliver multiple projects, priorities and within deadlines
  • You have meticulous attention to detail and the ability to evaluate deliverables against requirements
  • You are solutions-orientated and have the ability to apply strategic thinking in your projects
  • You are a strong communicator with excellent written and oral communication, and great interpersonal skills
  • You enjoy writing and influencing content creation
  • You enjoy working collaboratively with people from different areas of the business.  
Minimum Criteria:

  • Experience working in a brand or marketing role
  • Experience in delivering brand identity rollout across an organisation
  • Experience in driving creative development to deliver on brand objectives and managing design, copy and marketing agencies  
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and achieve deadlines
  • Experience in achieving targets/results, focused on organising and bringing people and resources together to achieve objectives
  • Confident to own projects and get the job done
  • A keen eye for detail and excellent copy-writing skills
  • Exceptional written and spoken communications skills
  • Ability to work effectively with many different external and internal stakeholders
